How does an Aeronautical Engineer with a PhD in the subject go on to lead a regional office of a leading systems, Engineering and technology company?

Come and head the fascinating story of Chris Jones, Manager at the Frazer-Nash Consultancy North East Office where he also discusses how they are helping the rail industry return from Covid and allow passenger and freight trains to coexist.

In the first of the Engineers Australia UK Chapter in-person events for 2021, I will be interviewing Chris LIVE about a number of topics related to innovation, engineering thinking and the need for data literacy across all disciplines

During this interactive interview, Chris will outline how technology developed by young Frazer-Nash Engineers involving machine learning and data science around resupplying troops on the front line was developed to help passenger and freight trains co-exist on busy UK rail lines.

Using learned behaviours and predictions, this innovative solution is a very practical example of engineering in action.

The event will be held at the Institute of Directors, 116 Pall Mall in London.

The event is free, but registration is essential.
