Every organisation has two “tribes” – those “Born-Digital” and those “Going-Digital”.

You need both for your organisation to survive in the age of digital disruption.

At the ICMIF conference in London, I spent 2 minutes talking about these two “tribes” and how they need each other, and how they can provide “diversity of thought”.

The ICMIF organisation also invited 55 “Young Leaders” to the event, which I reference in the video below.

I also explain how best to utilise those “Born-Digital” Millennials in your organisation.

In any organisation you not only need to work hard to ensure both these tribes co-exist and help each other, you also need to recruit people from these groups into your organisation.

Are you aware of your tribes inside your organisation, and what are you doing to ensure they thrive and survive?
