Global corporations are fully engaged in the digital world, yet reputational threats are more real and present than ever. This session takes the communications challenge beyond the tactical, and presses on the urgency for companies to adopt new social business practices, to advance their interests, without sacrificing reputation. Grill will offer real-world examples of companies that are expanding social beyond communications, giving rise to a new level of engagement with stakeholders that, in itself, builds trust across borders.

Following the speaking session, Andrew will moderate a panel of in-house social media experts, who will offer specific examples of how their companies and brands are adapting to the new-world digital order.
