Andrew participated in a round-table discussion on digital transformation which provided the input for a major feature in The Drum and a white-paper report.
The event was partly inspired by an eMarketer finding that only 21% of marketers have adopted digital transformation programmes. On the face of it a shocking statistic given the consensus that digital is poised to change every conceivable aspect of our lives, from commerce all the way to culture.
As well as the threats faced by some, the discussion will also cover the huge opportunities others are looking to grasp.
The Drum roundtables will cover topics including data-driven marketing, the internet of things, customer experience, AI and cross-device marketing.
The event took place over breakfast at The Drum’s offices on September 21, 8.30am-10.30am.
