This week, I did just that for the Australasian College of Health Service Management (ACHSM), beaming in live from London to Darwin to address a room full of 525 health leaders.
With the theme “AI Upskilling for Health Leaders: From Ambition to Execution”, I spent 45 minutes showing why now is the time for healthcare to move from aspiration to action and embrace the opportunities of AI, both in Australia and globally.
I showcased transformative AI initiatives from Australia, Asia-Pacific, along with standout cases from the UK and US, drawing on my experience as a Digital Ambassador for The Galien Foundation.
I explored three critical ways AI will elevate healthcare:

2️⃣ Personalise – Delivering smarter, data-driven care
3️⃣ Empower – Freeing up your teams for what really matters
