Andrew demonstrated how AI tools already embedded in NHS systems can reclaim operational leaders’ time, improve patient outcomes, and enable sustainable decision-making under pressure.
The session introduced the “Curious Five” framework. five immediately actionable AI use cases requiring zero budget and minimal governance complexity.
The event was commissioned by Health Education and Improvement Wales as part of a Welsh Government leadership investment programme.
