Future of Work Luncheon: What’s the future of work in 2023 and beyond?

  • 9 November 2022

Safeguard Global hosted a Future of Work-themed London Luncheon on Wednesday 9th November with keynote speaker and futurist, Andrew Grill hosted at the offices of MMC Ventures.

Title: People, Place & Purpose – what is the future of work in 2023 and beyond?

When we talk about the future of work, Actionable Futurist Andrew Grill likes to describe it as the “3 P’s”:

People – The fact that now we can recruit from a global talent pool, they don’t have to be within a transport distance from the office.

Place – Is where the best work gets done.

Purpose – Why do we go into the office, why do our staff travel at all?

There seems to be no real consensus on what might happen next, so as the Actionable Futurist, Andrew looks at near-term trends to help clients better understand what might happen in the coming weeks, months and even a couple of years.

Andrew will contrast what happened in 2020, 2021 and 2022 with what might happen in 2023 and beyond as organisations debate how to best balance in-office and remote, distributed workers.

Andrew’s views on Work Reimagined were recently published by Employer News.
