After Andrew’s involvement at the Johnson Matthey Annual Conference in Valencia, he has been invited back to participate in an interactive “chat-style” panel discussing organisational change for a Leadership Conference for their Efficient Natural Resources Sector.
He brought to the event his 30 years of experience of working within start-ups as well as large organisations such as IBM and explained how disruptive change is important for companies to stay ahead in a digital world.
