Andrew presented to 300 of Colliers Directors for their annual Director’s meeting.
The title of the Colliers 2024 event was Scanning the Horizon, and focussed on the responsibility that leaders and innovators have to continuously scan the horizon for opportunities, innovations, trends and, of course, risk.

AI is both a huge opportunity and a potential risk for businesses and clients. In line with the theme of scanning the horizon, Colliers was looking for a renowned futurist with expertise in emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, who could bring this topic to life in a way that engages and inspires their people, with a focus on how AI can be leveraged in business.
Andrew looked at the opportunities for AI in the commercial property industry, drawing on his direct industry experience as CEO of PropertyLook in Australia.
