Andrew will be presenting to 200 of Collier’s Directors for their Tech Innovation Week.
The title of the Colliers 2024 conference is Scanning the Horizon. The content in the program will speak to the theme, focussing on the responsibility that leaders and innovators have to continuously scan the horizon for opportunities, innovations, trends and, of course, risk.
AI is both a huge opportunity and a potential risk for businesses and clients.
In line with the theme of scanning the horizon, Colliers was looking for a renowned futurist with expertise in emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, who can bring this topic to life in a way that engages and inspires our people, with a focus on how AI can be leveraged in business.
Andrew will be looking at the opportunities for AI in the commercial property industry, and he has direct experience, having been CEO of PropertyLook in Australia.
