Andrew delivered a keynote address then took part in an interactive “chat style” panel discussing organisational change.
He brought to the event his 30 years of experience of working within start-ups as well as large organisations such as IBM and explained how disruptive change is important for companies to stay ahead in a digital world.
Andrew has also spoken at the Johnson Matthey Efficient Natural Resources Sector Leadership conference.
